Program Details

When you work with me, you’ll get personalized 1:1 coaching to help you achieve your weight loss goals. We will work together to develop a customized plan, tailored to your lifestyle. I will support you with accountability and guidance needed to maintain weight loss for good. My program requires commitment. A healthy approach to weight loss takes time. You must put in the work to see the results.

In order to determine the best plan for you, we’ll address questions such as:


What does your schedule look like now, work and play?


Do you exercise regularly or are you ready to start?


What are your hobbies/social life?


Are you willing to plan ahead and prepare meals at home?


Do you need help with meal planning or recipes?

Triglycerides and blood sugar are down! I can’t thank you enough for your help and
guidance to get these numbers lower. Triglycerides went from 403 last time to 311
this time. Blood sugar (A1c) is sitting at 6.0 down from 6.4 six months ago. Doctor recommends continuing diet and exercise routine. No need for meds at this time.
